Ingredients

Instructions

  • Chill the Glass:
  • Start by chilling your martini glass.
  • Mix the Ingredients:
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes to cool the liquid ingredients rapidly.
  • Pour the 1 1/2 ounces of vodka, 1 ounce of limoncello, 3/4 ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 1/2 ounce of simple syrup into the shaker.
  • Shake:
  • Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. This not only chills the mixture but also dilutes it slightly with the melting ice, balancing the flavors.
  • Prepare the Glass:
  • Empty the martini glass that has been chilling and strain the mixture into it. A fine mesh strainer can be used to ensure no ice shards are in your drink.
  • Garnish and Serve:
  • Garnish with a lemon twist or a lemon wheel on the rim of the glass.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your crisp and zesty Limoncello Martini.
