The Gibson's cocktail recipe is very similar to the martini but this one uses a cocktail onion instead of olives or lemon twists. Follow this simple recipe anytime.
Ingredients
2 1/2ouncesof gin or vodka
1/2ounceof dry vermouth
Cocktail onion for garnish
Instructions
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
Add the gin (or vodka) and dry vermouth into the mixing glass.
Stir the mixture until it is well-chilled.
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish the cocktail with a cocktail onion.
