The Gibson's cocktail recipe is very similar to the martini but this one uses a cocktail onion instead of olives or lemon twists. Follow this simple recipe anytime.

  • 2 1/2 ounces of gin or vodka
  • 1/2 ounce of dry vermouth
  • Cocktail onion for garnish

  • Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  • Add the gin (or vodka) and dry vermouth into the mixing glass.
  • Stir the mixture until it is well-chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  • Garnish the cocktail with a cocktail onion.
