Ingredients

  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 3/4 ounce limoncello
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce strawberry syrup
  • 4 ounces Prosecco Rosé
  • Sugar for rimming
  • Fresh strawberry for garnish
  • Lemon slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Rim your serving glass with sugar by dipping the rim in lemon juice and then into sugar spread on a plate.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, limoncello, lemon juice, and strawberry syrup.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared serving glass.
  • Top with Prosecco Rosé.
  • Garnish with a fresh strawberry and a lemon slice.
