Tasting Notes

The Blue Passion offers a harmonious blend of tropical and earthy flavors, with the smooth tequila providing a solid base. The sweetness of the passionfruit is balanced by the dry, herbal notes of the vermouth, while the blue curaçao adds a hint of citrus. The bitters bring everything together with a touch of complexity.
