Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz gin
  • 1 ounce Butterfly pea flower tea
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz honey
  • 0.5 oz hot water
  • 0.5 oz orange liqueur
  • Lemon twist for garnish

Instructions

  • In a shaker, mix hot water with honey, stirring until the honey is completely dissolved.
  • Add gin, lemon juice, and orange liqueur to the shaker.
  • Add ice and shake the mixture thoroughly.
  • Strain the shaken cocktail over the ice cubes in the rocks glass and slowly pour butterfly pea flower tea .
  • Garnish with a lemon twist.
