Ingredients

  • 3 ounces vodka
  • 0.5 ounce lemon juice
  • cucumber slice
  • Dill sprigs
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt and pepper for rimming
  • rolled cucumber slice for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle cucumber and a sprig of dill until well combined.
  • Add fresh ground black pepper, vodka or gin, and lemon juice to the shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
  • Prepare your serving glass by brushing the rim with lemon juice and sprinkling it with a mix of salt and pepper.
  • Double strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a rolled cucumber slice and a fresh sprig of dill.
  • Enjoy!
