Ingredients

  • 4-5 frozen dragonfruit chunks slightly defrosted
  • 3/4 oz freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup optional
  • 2 oz Citron Vodka
  • Lemonade

Instructions

  • Let the frozen dragonfruit chunks defrost for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the dragonfruit chunks in a cocktail shaker.
  • Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and simple syrup (optional) to the shaker.
  • Muddle the dragonfruit, lemon juice, and simple syrup together until well combined.
  • Add the citron vodka and ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  • Fill a wine glass with ice.
  • Strain the contents of the shaker into the wine glass.
  • Top off the glass with lemonade.
