Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz blue curaçao
  • 2 oz silver tequila
  • 0.75 oz apricot brandy
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • Orange twist for garnish

Instructions

  • Pour the blue curaçao into the bottom of a coupe glass.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add the silver tequila, apricot brandy, lemon juice, egg white, and sea salt. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously to emulsify the egg white.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared coupe glass, letting it layer over the blue curaçao.
  • Garnish with an orange twist and serve immediately.
