Ingredients
- 0.5 oz blue curaçao
- 2 oz silver tequila
- 0.75 oz apricot brandy
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- Orange twist for garnish
Instructions
- Pour the blue curaçao into the bottom of a coupe glass.
- In a cocktail shaker, add the silver tequila, apricot brandy, lemon juice, egg white, and sea salt. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared coupe glass, letting it layer over the blue curaçao.
