A modern classic, the Pickleback is a two-part shot that consists of whiskey and pickle brine. The salty brine chaser surprisingly smooths out the whiskey’s burn, offering a unique and strangely harmonious flavor experience.

  • 1 ounce whiskey
  • 1 ounce pickle juice


  • Pour 1 ounce of whiskey into a shot glass.
  • Pour 1 ounce of pickle juice into a separate glass.
  • First, drink the whiskey shot quickly.
  • Immediately follow by drinking the pickle juice shot.
