Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz pink gin
  • 0.5 oz rose liqueur
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 oz coconut syrup
  • 2 slices of jalapeño for muddling
  • Rhubarb bitters to taste
  • Jalapeño slice and edible flower for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle a few slices of jalapeño with the coconut syrup to release the spice.
  • Add the pink gin, rose liqueur, lime juice, and a dash or two of rhubarb bitters to the shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled, about 15 seconds.
  • Strain the cocktail into your preferred glass.
  • Garnish with additional slices of jalapeño for a spicy touch and edible flower for an elegant finish.
