Ingredients
- 1 ounce plum puree
- 2 ounces gin
- 1 large egg white
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 2 ounces club soda
- 1 lavender sprig for garnish
Instructions
Shake the Cocktail:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 ounces of gin, 0.5 ounces of lemon juice, the egg white, and the plum puree.
- Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
