Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz orgeat syrup
  • 0.5 oz triple sec
  • 2 drops pink food coloring
  • lemon slice or sprig of mint for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice, then add the gin, lemon juice, orgeat syrup, triple sec, and pink food coloring.
  • Shake vigorously to combine all the ingredients and chill the mixture thoroughly.
  • Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with fresh ice, or for a more casual presentation, dirty dump the contents of the shaker (including the ice) into your serving glass.
  • Garnish with a lemon slice or a sprig of mint for a fresh, elegant finish.
