Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Chambord
  • 1.5 oz. Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 oz. Heavy Cream
  • 7 Raspberries for muddling, garnish

Instructions

  • Muddle a 5 raspberries to a rocks glass to release their juices. Set the glass aside.
  • In a separate mixing glass, combine the Chambord, vanilla vodka, and heavy cream. Stir well to mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Add large ice cubes to the muddled raspberries in the rocks glass.
  • Strain the cocktail mixture from the mixing glass into your prepared glass.
  • Garnish with the remaining fresh raspberries on top.

Pro Tips

  • For an extra chilled experience, chill your rocks glass in the freezer for a few minutes before preparing the cocktail.
  • You can also double strain the mixture when pouring it into the glass to avoid any seeds from the muddled raspberries getting into the drink.
