Equipment

  • Measuring Cup
  • Measuring spoons

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Rose wine
  • 1 cup watermelon cubes
  • 1 oz. rose syrup
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 2 oz. vodka

Instructions

Prepare the Watermelon:

  • Freeze the watermelon cubes until solid.

Blend Ingredients:

  • In a blender, add the frozen watermelon cubes, Rosé wine, rose syrup, fresh lime juice, and vodka.

Blend to Perfection:

  • Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and slushy. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again.

Serve:

  • Pour the Spiked Watermelon Frosé into a chilled glass.

Garnish:

  • Garnish with a small watermelon wedge or a twist of lime, if desired.
