Ingredients

  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce elderflower liqueur
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • Soda water
  • 1 teaspoon simple syrup for added sweetness Optional
  • Garnish

Instructions

Mix the Citrus and Spirits:

  • In a shaker, combine the vodka, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and lime juice. If you like your drinks a bit sweeter, add the simple syrup here.
  • Fill the shaker with ice, covering the liquid.

Shake:

  • Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture and mix the flavors thoroughly.

Prepare the Glass:

  • Fill a highball glass halfway with ice cubes.

Assemble the Drink:

  • Strain the shaken mixture into the prepared glass.
