  • 2 cups fresh watermelon cubes
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • Soda water
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • A teaspoon of simple syrup or sugar for added sweetness Optional
  • Garnish Watermelon slice and a lime wheel


  • Puree the Watermelon: In a blender, blend the watermelon cubes until smooth. Strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp and seeds.

Mix the Drink:

  • In a cocktail shaker or mixing glass, combine the freshly squeezed lime juice, vodka, and optional sweetener if using. Add a handful of ice cubes.
