Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh watermelon cubes
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • Soda water
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • A teaspoon of simple syrup or sugar for added sweetness Optional
  • Garnish Watermelon slice and a lime wheel

Instructions

  • Puree the Watermelon: In a blender, blend the watermelon cubes until smooth. Strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp and seeds.

Mix the Drink:
