Chill the Martini Glass:

  • Place the martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes or fill it with ice water to chill it while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients:

  • In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of peach vodka, 2 oz of Peach Puree, 1/2 oz of simple syrup, and 1/2 oz of lime juice.

Shake:

  • Fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  • Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.

Prepare the Glass:

  • Discard the ice water from the martini glass if you used it to chill the glass.
  • Strain the mixture from the shaker into the chilled martini glass.

Garnish:

  • Optionally, garnish with a slice of white peach or a lime twist.

Serve:

  • Serve immediately and enjoy your White Peach Martini.
