A sparkling blend of sweet raspberries, Italian Limoncello, and bubbly prosecco.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce limoncello
  • 3 ounces prosecco
  • A handful of fresh raspberries
  • A splash of sparkling water optional

Instructions

  • Put a few raspberries and ice cubes into your glass.
  • Pour the limoncello over the raspberries and ice.
  • Gently add the prosecco to the mix.
  • If you like, top it off with a splash of sparkling water.
  • Stir it lightly, and enjoy!
