Ingredients

  • 2 oz cherry rum
  • 2 oz white chocolate Irish cream
  • 0.5 oz grenadine
  • 2 crushed Oreo cookies
  • 0.5 0z chocolate syrup

Instructions

  • Dip the rim of a martini glass in chocolate syrup, then coat it with crushed Oreos.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup along the inside of the glass for extra flavor and presentation.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the cherry rum, white chocolate Irish cream, and grenadine.
  • Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
