Discover the Key Lime Pie Mojito, a refreshing blend of lime, mint, rum, and a creamy twist.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz key lime juice preferably fresh
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 6-8 leaves fresh mint leaves
  • 0.5 oz heavy cream
  • Soda water
  • graham crackers Crushed for garnish
  • Whipped cream optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Muddle the mint leaves and sugar in a glass.
  • Add the key lime juice, rum, and heavy cream. Stir until well mixed.
  • Fill the glass with ice, then top up with soda water.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge, a sprinkle of crushed Graham crackers, and a dollop of whipped cream, if you like.
