Ingredients

  • 2 ripe kiwis peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur (like St. Germain)
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • Club soda
  • Kiwi slices and mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

Muddle the Kiwi:

  • In a cocktail shaker, add the sliced kiwis and simple syrup.
  • Muddle them together until the kiwi is well mashed and the mixture is fragrant.

Add the Alcohol:

  • Add the vodka, elderflower liqueur, and fresh lime juice to the shaker.

Shake the Cocktail:

  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
  • Shake well until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.

Strain and Pour:

  • Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.

Top with Club Soda:
