Drink a Miami Vice cocktail, a delicious combination of Strawberry Daiquiri and Piña Colada, for a flavor experience that takes you on a tropical adventure.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. white rum for the Piña Colada layer
  • 1 oz. white rum for the Strawberry Daiquiri layer
  • 1 oz. coconut cream
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ oz. lime juice
  • Optional: a splash of grenadine for extra sweetness

Instructions

  • Start with the Piña Colada layer: Blend 1 oz. white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and ½ cup ice until smooth. Pour it into your glass.
  • Next, make the Strawberry Daiquiri layer: Blend 1 oz. white rum, frozen strawberries, lime juice, optional grenadine, and the remaining ½ cup ice. Blend until smooth.
  • Carefully pour the Strawberry Daiquiri mixture over the Piña Colada layer, creating a beautiful two-layer effect.
  • Garnish with a slice of pineapple or a strawberry for that extra tropical touch.
