Ingredients

  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Cider
  • ½ ounce Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1 lemon ½ juiced and ½ sliced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 5 mint leaves 1 for garnish

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the cider, freshly squeezed lemon juice, lemon zest, ice, Maraschino Liqueur, and four mint leaves.
  • Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth, slushy consistency.
