Ingredients

  • 2 ounces coconut cream
  • 1.5 ounces light rum
  • 1 ounce peppermint schnapps
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 0.25 ounce grenadine
  • Crushed peppermint for rimming
  • Honey for rimming
  • candy cane for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Prepare the glass by pouring a thin layer of honey onto one plate and spreading crushed peppermint evenly across another plate.
  • Dip the rim of the glass into the honey, then into the crushed peppermint, ensuring the rim is evenly coated.
  • In a blender, add a handful of ice, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, light rum, peppermint schnapps, and grenadine.
  • Blend until smooth, adding more ice if a thicker consistency is desired.
  • Pour the drink into the prepared glass and garnish with a candy cane. Enjoy!
