Enjoy a refreshing Plum Gin Fizz with gin, plum puree, and a touch of lavender. Try it today.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce plum puree
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 2 ounces club soda
  • 1 lavender sprig for garnish

Instructions

Shake the Cocktail:

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 ounces of gin, 0.5 ounces of lemon juice, the egg white, and the plum puree.
  • Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

Add Ice and Shake Again:

  • Add ice to the shaker and shake for another 15 seconds until well-chilled.

Strain and Serve:

  • Strain the mixture into a chilled highball glass.

Top with Club Soda:

  • Gently pour 2 ounces of club soda over the top.

Garnish:

  • Garnish with a sprig of lavender.
