Ingredients

  • 4-5 Fresh Raspberries
  • 4-5 Mint Leaves
  • 2 oz Vodka or Gin
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • Lime Juice
  • Hibiscus Ginger Beer
  • Mint Leaves for garnish
  • Fresh Raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the fresh raspberries, mint leaves, and vodka or gin to a cocktail shaker.
  • Muddle the raspberries and mint leaves together using a muddler to release their flavors.
  • Add the simple syrup, lime juice, and ice to the shaker.
  • Shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds to combine the ingredients and chill the mixture.
  • Fill your mug or glass to the top with ice.
  • Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass.
  • Top off the glass with hibiscus ginger beer.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and fresh raspberries.
