Ingredients

  • 2 oz Sugarcane Rum
  • 0.75 oz blue curaçao
  • 0.5 oz falernum
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • Passionfruit soda to top
  • Aromatic bitters for float
  • Pineapple and frond for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the sugarcane rum, blue curaçao, falernum, lime juice, and pineapple juice.
  • Shake with ice until well-chilled.
  • Open pour the mixture into a glass filled with crushed ice.
  • Top the drink with passionfruit soda.
  • Float aromatic bitters over the top of the drink.
  • Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a pineapple frond, and serve immediately.
