Ingredients

  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz pineapple rum
  • 1 oz vanilla rum
  • 0.25 oz blue curaçao
  • 1 oz water
  • slice pineapple for garnish

Instructions

  • In a glass, combine the pineapple juice, pineapple rum, and vanilla rum. Stir well.
  • In a separate glass, mix the blue curaçao and water. Stir to combine.
  • Fill your serving glass with ice.
  • Pour the pineapple rum mixture into the glass over the ice.
  • Carefully pour the blue curaçao mixture over the ice to create a layered effect.
  • Garnish with pineapple slice and serve immediately and enjoy the vibrant, tropical flavors.
