Brandy sweetened with sugar, bitters, and fruit garnish.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces brandy
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • bitters dashes
  • orange slice
  • cherry
  • Soda water or lemon-lime soda

Instructions

  • Put the sugar cube in your glass and soak it with bitters.
  • Add a little splash of water and muddle (squish) it with the orange slice and cherry to mix the flavors.
  • Fill the glass with ice, pour in the brandy, and top it with a bit more soda water or lemon-lime soda.
  • Stir it gently, garnish with a new orange slice or cherry, and enjoy!
