Try our Blueberry Peach Vodka Spritzer for a refreshing drink. Perfect for summer, don’t miss out.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 large peach sliced
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • Soda water
  • 1/2 ounce honey or simple syrup optional, for sweetness
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Muddle the Blueberries and Peaches:
  • In a shaker, add the blueberries, peach slices, and honey or simple syrup. Muddle them together to release the juices and flavors.
  • Pour the vodka into the shaker with the muddled fruit.
  • Add a few ice cubes to the shaker. Close the lid and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  • Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
  • Strain the mixture from the shaker into the prepared glasses, dividing evenly. The straining will keep most of the fruit pulp and seeds out, but a few pieces in the drink can add character.
  • Top each glass with soda water to your taste. Stir gently to mix the vodka and fruit flavors with the soda.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a few whole blueberries or a peach slice on the rim of the glass.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing taste of your homemade Blueberry and Peach Vodka Spritzer.
