Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • Handful of fresh blueberries
  • 1 egg white
  • Lemon slice for garnish

Instructions

  • In a mixing glass, muddle the blueberries with the lemon juice and simple syrup until well combined.
  • Transfer the muddled blueberry mixture into a cocktail shaker.
  • Add the gin, Angostura bitters, and egg white to the shaker. Shake vigorously without ice to create a rich foam from the egg white (a dry shake).
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake again until the mixture is well-chilled.
