  • Prepare your ice cubes by adding 2-3 cranberries, 1-2 small diced orange slices, and 1-2 small rosemary sprigs into each large ice cube mold.
  • Fill the molds with water and freeze for at least 3 hours until solid.
  • Place 1-2 of these decorative ice cubes into a wine glass or cocktail glass.
  • Pour Prosecco over the ice cubes, filling the glass until it is about 3/4 full.
  • Top off the drink with cranberry juice to taste.
