Celebrate the 4th of July with a refreshing Hugh Spritz cocktail. Try this easy recipe now.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz St-Germain
  • 1 sprig mint
  • 4 oz prosecco chilled
  • 1 oz soda water chilled
  • Garnish: mint sprig
  • Garnish: lemon wheel

Instructions

  • Fill a wine glass or large cocktail glass with ice.
  • Add 1/2 oz St-Germain to the glass.
  • Gently muddle the mint sprig in the glass to release its aroma.
  • Pour 4 oz chilled prosecco into the glass.
  • Add 1 oz chilled soda water.
  • Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  • Garnish with an additional mint sprig and a lemon wheel.
