Savor the tropical twist of a Mango Mojito, blending sweet mango, fresh mint, and rum.

Ingredients

  • Half a ripe mango peeled and diced
  • 4-6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz lime juice 1 whole lime
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • Club soda
  • Mint sprig and lime slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Muddle the Mango: In a glass, muddle the diced mango with the simple syrup and mint leaves. Muddling means squishing them together to mix their flavors.
  • Add Lime and Rum: Squeeze in the lime juice and pour in the rum.
  • Mix and Chill: Add ice cubes and stir well.
  • Top it Off: Fill the rest with club soda.
  • Garnish: Add a sprig of mint and a lime slice on top.
