Ingredients

Instructions

Chill the Martini Glass:

  • Begin by chilling your martini glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Drink:

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, pineapple juice, simple syrup (if using), and lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice, covering the liquid.

Shake:

  • Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 to 20 seconds. The goal is to chill the mixture thoroughly and mix the ingredients well.

Prepare the Glass:

  • Empty the ice water from the martini glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass. A fine mesh strainer can be used to ensure no ice shards are transferred.

Garnish and Serve:

  • Garnish with a fresh slice of pineapple on the rim of the glass or a small wedge on a cocktail stick placed in the drink.

Enjoy:

  • Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical taste of your Pineapple Martini.
