Ingredients

  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 2 oz Prosecco
  • 2 oz Orange Soda Citrus Soda

Instructions

  • Fill a glass with ice: Start by filling a large wine glass or a highball glass with ice cubes to chill the drink.
  • Add Aperol: Pour 2 oz of Aperol over the ice.
  • Add Prosecco: Follow with 2 oz of Prosecco.
  • Top with Orange Soda: Slowly pour 2 oz of orange soda over the Aperol and Triple Sec.
  • Stir gently: Use a bar spoon to gently stir the ingredients together. Be careful not to over-stir to maintain the fizziness of the Chapman’s.
  • Garnish and serve: Garnish with a slice of orange or a twist of lemon for a fresh touch. Serve immediately and enjoy.
