Ingredients

  • 2 oz silver tequila
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz plum puree
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Salt for rimming the glass
  • Lime wedge and plum slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Rim your glass with lime juice and dip it in salt.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add the tequila, fresh lime juice, plum puree, triple sec, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  • Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into the salt-rimmed glass filled with ice.
