  • Light the end of a cinnamon stick and place it on a ceramic plate, stone, or wood surface. Immediately place the cocktail glass over the cinnamon stick to trap the smoke. Let it sit while you prepare the cocktail.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add mezcal, silver rum, orange juice, lemon juice, spiced honey syrup, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and ground nutmeg.
  • Shake well to combine and chill the mixture.
  • Release the cocktail glass from the cinnamon stick and fill it with fresh ice.
  • Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
  • Garnish with the smoked cinnamon stick, an orange peel, and a sprinkle of salted cinnamon sugar.
