Ingredients
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 lime wedge
- 2 oz apple cider
- 1 oz lime juice
- 2 1/2 oz mezcal
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- Garnish: cinnamon sticks and apple slices
Instructions
- On a small plate, mix together the granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt.
- Rub the lime wedge around the rims of 2 rocks glasses, then dip the rims into the cinnamon-sugar-salt mixture until well coated.
- Fill the glasses with ice cubes.
