Ingredients

  • 1 oz Limoncello
  • 2 oz sparkling lemon soda, Sanpellegrino preferred
  • 3 oz Prosecco
  • 1 sprig of mint for garnish optional
  • 1-2 slices lemon for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Chill the Ingredients: Ensure that the Limoncello, sparkling lemon soda, and Prosecco are well-chilled before preparing the cocktail.
  • Prepare the Glass: Fill a wine glass or a champagne flute with ice cubes.
  • Pour the Limoncello: Add 1 oz of Limoncello to the glass.
  • Add the Sparkling Lemon Soda: Pour 2 oz of sparkling lemon soda (Sanpellegrino preferred) into the glass.
  • Top with Prosecco: Gently pour 3 oz of Prosecco into the glass. Pour slowly to maintain the carbonation.
  • Stir Gently: Give the cocktail a gentle stir to combine the ingredients.
  • Garnish (Optional): Add a sprig of mint and 1-2 slices of lemon for garnish.
  • Serve: Serve immediately and enjoy your Sparkling Limoncello Cocktail.
