Ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce pear liqueur
  • 2 ounces Prosecco
  • pear slice for garnish
  • Granulated sugar for rimming the glass

Instructions

  • Start by running a lemon wedge around the rim of your cocktail glass, then dip the rim into granulated sugar to create a sugared edge. Fill the glass with ice.
  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the gin, lemon juice, and pear liqueur. Shake well until the mixture is well chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into your prepared cocktail glass.
  • Top the cocktail with 2 ounces of chilled Prosecco for a fizzy, refreshing finish.
  • Garnish with a slice of fresh pear for an elegant touch.
