Watermelon Mint Margarita

I’d like to share with you my recipe for the Watermelon Mint Margarita. This cocktail is mixing juicy watermelons and fresh mint with tequila and lime juice. It’s the perfect cocktail for cooling down as it offers a refreshing minty twist on the classic Margarita. Take one sip and you’ll see why this is a top choice.

Enjoy the summer refreshment with Watermelon Mint Margarita with juicy watermelon and fresh mint, etc.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • First, rub the rim of your glass with lime and dip it in salt if you like.
  • In a blender, combine the diced watermelon, tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice. Blend until smooth.
  • Gently muddle the mint leaves in your glass to release their flavor.
  • Pour the blended mixture into the glass over the muddled mint.
  • Garnish with extra mint leaves and a watermelon slice. Enjoy your refreshing cocktail.

Notes

For the best taste, use ripe, sweet watermelon and fresh lime juice. If you want your margarita less sweet, adjust the simple syrup to your liking. And, for an extra minty flavor, you can blend some of the mint leaves with the watermelon.
