  • 2 oz Watermelon puree blend fresh watermelon chunks until smooth and strain
  • 2 oz Prosecco or sparkling white wine
  • 0.5 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz Club soda
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice
  • Simple syrup optional, for added sweetness: 0.5-1 oz
  • Watermelon slices and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Watermelon Puree: Blend watermelon chunks until smooth and strain to remove any pulp. Measure out 2 ounces of the puree.
