Ingredients

  • 2-3 ounces Cider
  • 1.5 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1.5 ounces tonic water
  • 2 tablespoons rhubarb syrup
  • Lime wheel or rhubarb ribbon for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large mixing glass, combine the gin, rhubarb syrup, and lime juice.
  • Stir the mixture well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Fill the serving glass with ice.
  • Pour the gin mixture into the serving glass.
  • Top off the glass with tonic water and cider.
  • Give the drink a gentle stir to mix.
