Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces simple syrup
  • 2 ounces honey whiskey
  • 1.5 ounces lemon juice
  • basil leaves
  • Basil sprig for garnish
  • Blackberries for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle a few blackberries with the simple syrup until well combined.
  • Add the honey whiskey, lemon juice, and basil leaves to the shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake it well to chill and blend the ingredients.
  • Strain the mixture over fresh ice in your rocks glass.
