Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz tequila
  • 0.5 oz dry vermouth
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 0.75 oz agave syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Dragon fruit chunks
  • Dragon fruit slice for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle a few chunks of dragonfruit until well mashed.
  • Add tequila, dry vermouth, lime juice, agave syrup, and egg white to the shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the mixture is chilled and frothy.
  • Fine strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass to remove the pulp.
  • Garnish with a slice of dragonfruit and serve.
