Escape to the Emerald Isle with this cocktail. A crisp and delicious mix of gin, green crème de menthe, and a dash of bitters with a minty finish.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz green crème de menthe
  • A dash of bitters optional

Instructions

  • Fill your cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Pour the gin and green crème de menthe into the shaker.
