Campari and fresh orange juice blend into a bittersweet delight.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Campari
  • 4 oz orange juice it’s best when you squeeze it yourself
  • Orange slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill your tall glass with ice.
  • Pour 1.5 oz of Campari over the ice.
  • Add 4 oz of fresh orange juice.
  • Stir gently to mix the Campari and orange juice together.
  • Garnish with a slice of orange if you like.

Notes

Remember to use fresh-squeezed orange juice for the best taste. You can also "fluff" the orange juice by blending it or using a handheld frother to make it foamy.
