Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz pear juice chilled
  • 1/2 oz ginger liqueur
  • prosecco to top
  • Sliced pear for garnish
  • Fresh thyme for garnish
  • Fresh ginger thinly sliced (for muddling)

Instructions

  • Begin by peeling and thinly slicing fresh ginger.
  • Place the sliced ginger in your glass and use a muddler to gently muddle it, releasing the juices and aroma.
  • Add the chilled pear juice and ginger liqueur to the glass.
  • Top off the mixture with prosecco, depending on your preference for strength and fizz.
  • Stir gently to combine the flavors.
  • Garnish with a slice of pear and a sprig of fresh thyme.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your Pear Prosecco Cocktail!
