Ingredients

  • 2 oz Tequila
  • 1 oz Apple juice
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • 0.25 oz Honey simple syrup
  • Dash of ground cinnamon
  • Star anise for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add tequila, apple juice, lime juice, honey simple syrup, and a dash of ground cinnamon.
  • Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into a prepared margarita glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a star anise if desired. Cheers!
